As a leader of a massive team, I successfully teamed up with Lululemon Ambassadors Tim Corner and Charlene Wang to blend their IDEA framework into our university event. We organized a two-hour workout session aimed at helping students destress before exams, securing funding from the Bachelor of Innovation program and coordinating with UCCS event services and Tori Davis for smooth logistics. ​ Our smart marketing mix of physical posters and social media reached around 500 students daily, highlighting the event's focus on stress relief through exercise. With free Lululemon gear and refreshments as incentives, we attracted an estimated peak attendance of 100 students. Our inclusive approach, involving diverse campus groups and collaborating with disability services, fostered a strong sense of community among participants.

During my ENTP 1000 Course, I was asked to lead a team with other students to design a product, present it, and create a 3D prototype for a selection of entrepreneurial clients. The product we decided to a group of Shark Tank entrepreneurs was called PowerSand, which is a dumbbell that you fill to sand that is also portable where ever you go. During this course, I was tasked with creating the presentation, making the 3D model mockups, and being the lead presenter.

During my first semester in college, I volunteered for the Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado organization, who dedicated to preserving and improving Colorado's natural spaces through hands-on stewardship projects. They collaborate with conservation and land agencies, relying on thousands of volunteers annually to support their mission. I volunteered to contribute to my community and assist hikers and bikers by enhancing the trails at the Stratton Open Space. From this experience, I learned the rewarding feeling of helping others, the physical challenges of the tasks involved, and the importance of supporting communities in need.
